6 Stanley Tumblers Are on Sale for the First Time Ever

Owala tumblers may be popular with teens, but several of us still hold firm to our Stanleys—especially since they introduced a new convenient flip-top version. 

It’s rare to find Stanley tumblers on sale, which is why my teenage daughters and I were excited to hear about a first-ever Stanley Quencher sale. The brand is offering 25% off the Quencher Tumblers in select colors and sizes from March 12 through March 26 (while supplies last) on its site and at Amazon. You can pick up the iconic Stanley Quencher Tumbler in 30- or 40-ounce sizes in various colors, like a vibrant fuchsia (perfect for spring), a bright tigerlily plum, and even some with subtle yet stylish patterns.

This Stanley Quencher Tumbler features a cool green-like color that’s both subtle and eye-catching. My 16-year-old daughter literally gasped aloud when she saw the “mist” style. “It’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen!” she said. “It’s gorgeous.” 

Like the 40-ounce versions, the 30-ounce Stanley Quencher has a comfortable handle (my personal favorite feature), a narrow base to fit in cupholders, a three-position lid, and recycled stainless steel.

The popular plum color presents a surprise pop of color with a bright orange logo and lid detailing. The newer Flowstate lids have a drink opening, a straw, and a full-cover top for versatility when sipping. Like all the other Stanley Quencher Tumblers, this one will keep water cold for up to nine hours. 

We own several Stanley tumblers and find that the 30-ounce size is ideal for younger teens or anyone who doesn’t want to lug the larger size around all day. However, the 40-ounce size means refilling less throughout the day. Either way, both give you plenty of water to stay hydrated.

The Tigerlily plum color is like an inside-out version of the plum pick above. Instead of a complete dark plum with bright accents, you get vibrant orange all over with deep plum accents. 

The best part of Stanley tumblers is how they work for all ages. For instance, after years of loving my 40-ounce Stanley Quencher, I bought my mom her own Stanley for Christmas this past year, and when I tell you that a Christmas miracle happened, I mean it. Somehow, a 63-year-old woman who has existed for most of her life solely on Diet Coke is now drinking water daily thanks to her Stanley. I’ll be honest: my teenagers really like their Owala water bottles, but they admit that Stanleys are very durable when avoiding dents and scratches. They both own 40-ounce Stanley Quenchers, and even after four years of use, they still look brand new.

How cool is this “black chroma” color? The design is basic yet modern, with an iridescent strip that shimmers, making the tumbler eye-catching in different lights. In fact, according to Stanley, the prism effect on each tumbler means that each piece is completely unique. There’s also a bit of sparkle “baked in” to the powder coat matte finish, so the whole thing shimmers while keeping things cool.
