Value for Money
The laptop comes with a i5 7th gen, which is pretty good at this price point. I am using this laptop since January 2024 and it’s working very well, the durability seems pretty solid to me, there’s no problems I’ve faced while using the laptop so far, except for a little heating using while excessive but that’s manageable, as well. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable long-lasting laptop this one’s pretty good to buy. Not to mention the sound quality is actually better than i expected.

I opened the box switched on the laptop the display was flickering,which stopped after sometime, i started typing a word document so keyboard can be checked w started typing on it’s own . wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww endless whole document was typed .i called on the number which was given as helpline they guided me to rectify but iwas a reset to factory settings so no point the issue persisted .On requesting return immediately it was picked up on 15-10-24 , my payment with them is held up and will be returned to me only when they recieve their product back. But does it take so many days to pick the return , they run a scam take advance payment and send defective laptops and keep payments of customers as refurbished laptops are prepaid orders. they keep on rotating our payment and users like us cannot buy other till we get back the money back.Item picked on 15 /10/24 their policy says payment return takes upto 13 days , and if this does not happen if we call and remind them they will send it manually.

Worth the price, best in the price range
This is my first time to buy refurbished product and I had some mixed thoughts but after buying it and using it for 4 months I can say this is really good laptop at this price.Battery backup is good and charger is working fine.It comes with backlight keyboard that helps you alot if you work late night and prefer to keep room light off.Camera and speakers are working fine.I was able to connect with 5g wifi and internet working really amazing.With i5 7gen it becomes a powerhouse for study and office work and you can play light Games on it. It provides 8gb ram and 512gb SSD at this price that is something you can not find in any other refurbished laptop at this range.Working really good and if you are looking for budget refurbished laptop you can go for it.Even the saler provide assistance if you need i tried to contact them and got really fast response.

Defective product, Very bad experience with Amazon, Never expect from Amazon like company
Found defective after using the laptop on 1st day. Called Amazon customer care and uploaded the images of defect. Amazon customer care advised me to take service of Dell customer support. After contacting Dell customer support, they declared it is h/w fault and contact the seller. Accordingly, contacted Amazon customer care and requested for refund. They agreed and scheduled for pick up the laptop. During 1st pick up OTP not received due to n/w issue and pick up not happened. After that 3 times pick up request given but the laptop not picked up by Amazon. On 4th request Amazon denied to picked up the laptop and money not refunded. As I prime member I am totally disappointed. Don’t
