Phone malfunction. Constant dial tone from the phone.
I bought this phone for its speaker facility. However, the phone worked fine for 2 weeks and then suddenly malfunctioned. There is a constant dial tone sound from the phone and there is no way I can shut it up. The only option is to disconnect the phone cable. I initially thought that the cable could be faulty but that is not the case. Other phone works absolutely fine with the same cable. I’m not able to use this phone either to receive calls (the caller constantly gets a busy tone) nor able to make outgoing calls. In a nutshell, the quality of the phone is very poor or I was shipped a faulty/refurbished unit.

Waste of Money
Phone just stopped working after 3 months. I was too busy to check out warranty, and by the time I looked it up, I realised, it has only 6 mths warranty. Bottomline, it is a pretty looking but useless piece of equipment. All other land line phones I have purchased before have never failed, and worked for years, even decades. This company seems to be a con job! DO NOT PURCHASE!
