They donât make movies like this anymore
âItâs Godâs thumbnail!âI would always say that about the moon, knowing it was from this movie, but my kids had never seen or heard of this movie.Ultimately, God sends angels to bless in His own way and His own timing. The Angels didnât really NEED to win the pennant⦠But these boys needed a loving family, coach needed to clean up his life and be kinder and more compassionate, many players needed to believe in each other and themselves.You wonât see angels in your soda or dragging players to the bases like in this movie, but you will feel the effects of their blessings in your life one day when you step back and see that youâre a better person now than you were 4-8 months ago.And what about that need to not be afraid of what society thinks of you when it comes for REALLY standing up for what you believe in? We need that now more than ever.

All the feels of my childhood!
This movie was one of my favorites as a kid. You canât find it on any streaming service or iTunes- quite sad since you should be able find everything now. I digressâ¦Iâm glad I was able to pick this up to watch with my family.

A family comedy that will stay with you for all eternity.
The first time I seen this movie was when it first came out. I loved it then and I am still enjoying it even as a 48-year-old man. This movie is great for all ages. I would recommend this movie to all genres of movie lovers. Christopher Lloyd is amazing as well as Tony Danza and Danny Glover. The movie itself is a family comedy that fills the heart with joy throughout. It makes one believe even when they have doubts. This movie has stood the test of times and will for centuries to come. Everyone should take the time to watch this movie. It is well worth it.

Great movie: can’t watch it on my PlayStation 5
Well, you can watch BluRay discs on the PS5, but it turns out you can’t watch DVDs.Why? What ridiculous suit at Sony decided to make their product *less* capable for no reason? You can’t convince me that a Play Station 5 has any logical reason to be nerfed for DVDs.Anyway, I wasn’t able to watch this disc, sadly, because I simply don’t own a DVD player anymore.But I know from having seen it elsewhere that Angels in the Outfield is a fun, entertaining movie. Disney wasn’t the maker of the original black and white version that came out in the 50’s. I don’t believe the Anaheim Angels were even a team back then.Great, fun movie. Wish I could find it streaming or on Blue-Ray.

Classic, Family-Friendly Movie
I was so happy to find this movie on Amazon. It currently isn’t available on any streaming services and the DVD is new and a great add to the collection. For those who haven’t seen the film, it’s family-friendly, has a great cast (some smaller characters are now Oscar winners), and features well-crafted sports scenes.
