This is for real this is reality this is what you’re in for:If you are using for phones write down 1 or both IMEI numbers in a safe place accessible without the use of your phone;important and absolutely necessary for claim to be even submitted. NO IF AND OR BUTSthere is an additional service fee + replacement fee if they cant fix it so get ready to shovel another 79$ for a 300$ PHONE.if your phone isn’t listed it will take another 7 days to processRegister and document your own receipt and product as soon as you purchase it. don’t wait just get it done. it will save you hours. if you print the invoice to a PDF or word you can cut and paste 99% of what is neededI hope this helps in making you purchase. this was so much more of a headache than SQUARETRADE.Seriously I have called these folks eight times and I got to be giving them right information because they keep saying perfect.Updating one year later; I have to say these guys are really good about taking their money on a monthly basis but they sure do not do their part. They have only replaced one phone in one year Amazon fortunately stepped in and took care of one of them. And I reiterate you may as well just hang up if they use the word perfect or compliment you to the point that you want to throw up because they’re not writing down anything they’re watching TV doing something else making it look like they’re doing something and taking up your sweet time. I have five devices that they still have not listed, but oh call back next week and then as soon as I get you on there they want that information and you’re like well it’s not on the website still why are we even talking and they still want it. I have sent them in six separate times. Have to say I feel very sorry for individuals that get stuck in this rut with these guys because time is money and money is time and they’re not reimbursing you.

A bunch of thieves and crooks
They do not have your best interest nor do they care to inconvenience you. My wife dropped her phone and the sim card stopped reading a day later the charging port stopped working however the wireless charging does work so this tells me repair would be one of 2 things 1) replace daughterboard or 2) a cable came loose. I called Asurion and they immediately told me (over the phone, mind you) it wasnât repairable and they would pay it out. Fine. Then they asked for my credit card. They wanted $85 to pay out $260. Thatâs a third of the price. When i asked what the deductible was for they stated shipping and diagnostic. Why am i paying for this if you are just going to pay it out? Because if they can repair the phone, they will resell it. So, what i would pay would be $5 for the plan (appx. 1 1/2 years) plus the deductible totaling $175. To get back 260 to get a new phone. How can i get a new phone for $85?I am canceling and opting to fix it myself. The part costs $60. They also would do it locally for $75. I ended up opening it myself and it was a loose wire. The unrepairable phone took 15 min. To fix.

6 WEEKS TO GET PAID
This company either has a business plan of delaying and aggravating their customers until they give up or they are the most incompetently run company in the world. I had to escalate 3 tines to managers and so called claims review experts. Each one of them said the problem was resolved and I would be contacted within 2 business days. Each time I had to call back a week later and go through all the details again. After I finally escalated to the head of the claims review department I was forced to file the claim all over again. I was told they had no access to any of the previous information and I had to provide everything starting from scratch. I spent an hour today documenting all the calls, dates, and the time of each call and have submitted a claim to the state Attorney General. Frankly for the amount of money I was filing for I spent 3 times what I make an hour just to resolve this. But since that appears to be their business strategy I did it any way. It took six weeks before I got my money. You’re better off taking your chances than dealing with this company.
