Excellent Gym Equipment
I have found Bosu balls to be really useful for improving balance and coordination. The wall chart really comes in handy for people who have not received good instruction from a gym instructor or physical therapist on the ways that it can be used.I received this Bosu ball today and I’m excited to begin using it. I must note though, that the first one I ordered arrived with a damaged valve. It looked like someone have completely ripped out the valve and then returned the damaged product. The package I received today arrived in a box that had clearly been opened and then sloppily retaped. One end of the cardboard box was torn I expected to find another damaged ball, but this one was in excellent condition, with a pump, two plugs, and a card that contained a QR code that gives access to the manual, warranty, and wall charts.As other reviewers have written, the pump is not really useful. Luckily I have an electric pump with an adapter that fit the Bosu valve. Otherwise, it would have taken forever to inflate the ball using the manual pump that came with the ball, but less than a minute or two with an electric pump. Just don’t overinflate it.The Bosu ball seems to be of sturdy quality. The handles on the sides make it easy to carry around and to turn over. Also, it doesn’t skid, even on a wooden floor.

BOSU is such a simple piece of exercise equipment that is able to provide a full body workout.
I was first introduced to BOSU in an exercise class at my local gym. I was impressed that we were able to use this simple piece of exercise equipment to address cardio, core, upper and lower body strength in addition to balance and stability. I made this specific BOSU purchase for home use and think most people would be hard pressed to find another single piece of exercise equipment that addresses all of those needs that’s also a low one-time investment and is low maintenance.It comes with everything you need to get started and includes a QR Code that provides you with ample workouts, a manual and warranty information.

As I get older, I notice my balance isn’t what it used to be. I use the balance trainer for practicing taekwondo kicking techniques. I try to do this a couple minutes most days and that’s all that’s been necessary to notice improvement in my balance. Very excited to see what a few months of balance training will bring!The quality of my BOSU is great- haven’t noticed deflation the few weeks I’ve had it.
