Great product, but problem with shipper
The product itself is 5 stars; absorbs easily and has 30 SPF sun protection. I use it daily and the PM version at night. The pump on my previous bottle dispensed just the right amount of product and was easy to use. It moisturizes without feeling oily, and faces need the sun protection.However, I ordered it again and I’m having to do TWO returns . The first I received was shipped in an amazon box which was undamaged, but the product carton inside had a plastic outer wrap mostly missing and one of the closing flaps of the product’s carton was missing (torn off) and tape had been put over it to keep the bottle from falling out of its carton. Apparently this was a damaged item that someone had already returned and was then reshipped to me. It should have been discarded, not shipped to another customer! It was obviously damaged and taped over. It looked awful and I was afraid to try to put the product on my face as it obviously was not new.I started a return and requested a replacement which arrived quickly, the next day. This time the product was shipped in only an amazon plastic bag. The bottle had come out of its carton and the carton was flattened inside the amazon bag. I would have been okay with that, but when I tried to use the product the pump does not work, so there is no way to get the product out of the bottle. I’ve started a second return and this time requested a refund.The product is great, but amazon cannot seem to ship a good one nor package it correctly. Not happy with that; two strikes within two days on the same product. I’ll have to try to find it locally or risk reordering it again later. (It was sold by a third party but was shipped by amazon.)NOTE TO AMAZON: Don’t reship damaged, defective products to your customers!
