Question: My ex-boyfriend (& first true love) is about to get married, but his fiancee is cheating on him. I’m tempted to send him a message and let him know. Would that make me an a**hole?
Looking back, maybe I should’ve posted my question on the internet first instead of acting on it.
Maybe if I’d just minded my business and let him go as I did before, then I could’ve focused on my own grief and the sad state of my life.
Then again, maybe he shouldn’t have responded…

Easy read of a second chance romance
Honestly, I was pretty invested in this because it was so easy to read and be sort of be in the moment with Everett and Delilah. They were young lovers at one time. You know, *that* couple that everyone thought were endgame. Only to not be the end at the time. They circle back under circumstances that involve their town again. Only to find that the game never ended for them. This wasnât perfect. The time jumps confused me at first. The reason of the break up did as well. Still, Whitney G. writes a novella is a way that gets you in and you root for the couple.Everett is a softer version of the MMCs she has written and I love that. Delilah is going through the motions of grief and not finding her place. But hey, sometimes the past can dictate the future.

How flowers brought Everett and Dahlia back together
3.5 stars. Everett and Dahlia have a cute back story of how they became friends and then a couple back in high school. Now they are not a couple and Everett is about to get married to…not Dahlia. The plot of how they cross paths again was entertaining. I wouldn’t have minded a longer and more developed story of novel length, but for a short read, this was quick and fun.

Angst
This was a 5 star book. Itâs about thorns on roses, trees planted near a grave, loss of loved ones, and breaking up with the love of your life for an unbelievable reason. Everett and Dahlia met and fell in love in high school and stayed together through college. On the day Everett gets his dream job, Dahlia breaks up with him. Heâs devastated but moves on and becomes a billionaire. Heâs engaged to Carmen whom heâs been with for 6 months. They move back to his hometown and plan a big wedding. Dahlia discovers information that could negatively impact Everettâs and Carmenâs plans. Her decision about if she should share the news is the start of a great story. I enjoy books with angst and Whitney G. is a master at writing angst. She is one of my favorite authors and there arenât many of her books that I havenât read.

Love a good second chance!!
Forever Writing You, a novella, is a great beach read!Dahlia and Everett’s story, while short, is told in such a way that you get the full story and their story is everything. Sweet, spicy, with a side of banter that I’m here for! Gah! I love a good second chance!!

LIKE A COZY CUP OF TEA IN FRONT OF A ROARING FIRE!
Dahlia and Everett have history with baggage. She cheated on him before going off to college and broke his heart. Now, years later, they are both back in their small hometown, she taking over the flower business after her mother’s death, and he with his fiancee to marry and settle down. It’s quickly apparent that there is still a lot of unresolved feelings between Dahlia and Everett. Everett thinks Dahlia is jealous of his fiancee when she suggests there may be cheating and there seems to be more to their breakup years before than what it appeared. This sweet short novella is like a cozy cup of tea in front of a roaring fire. I enjoyed it so much but it was over too quickly, leaving me wanting more. This is a wonderful distraction after a stressful day or a weekend reprieve. You will love it!

Feel good romance
I thought this was a great book, but I love all Whitney G.’s books. Dahlia and Everett have such chemistry from the start even though they’ve been broken up for ages. I rooted for them to figure it out the whole time, you’ll have to read it to see if they do.

An enjoyable read!
A short & spicy read. I wish the story wouldâve been longer but it was still a very enjoyable story. And Everett & Dahliaâs email banter is definitely Whitney G. at her best.

I have finished this book in a few hours. Itâs that good – Whitney you outdone yourself again.Itâs short and predictable however there is a root cause which will explain near the end.

4âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸I like this author and the way she makes writing so intense, not only in her novels but between her MCs.This was perfect ð«¶ð¼I laughed, cried a bit and ended the book with lots of love in my heart for Daliha and Everett, but also for Arbor.

Life may change you in ways that’s hard to decipher but it always has a plan we just do not understand yet. Dahlia and Everett are just the perfect story when life is just blegh. It’s uplifting, sweet but in the best way possible and just a perfect as everyone of Me G’s books.Thank you for another book I couldn’t help but gobble up in one sitting. Everett is the perfect book boyfriend to get lost into so well written.

Very cute story, made me smile and feel those happy flutters throughout which was a positive sign. For a short read it definitely didnât feel like it.The concept was rather cute, and the suspense of wanting to know why they broke up brought a little imaginary tear to my eye. After they got back to together I did feel like the ending was rushed but Iâm happy everything worked out for them.

I love this author’s writing style, she always manages to get me deeply invested. I loved this story but I wish there had been more, would have loved to have seen more of the chemistry between Dahlia and Everett. Although it’s short and sweet, this book does deal with some heavier topics and didn’t half tug on my heartstrings. I love that they got their HEA.
