Cool lights, time doesn’t stay correct
I got this watch for my son for his birthday and I have already reset the watch at least 3 times because the time does not stay accurate. The only way to change the time is by poking a pin or a pen tip into the side of the watch and I know that my 5 year old is not doing this. I have reached out to the manufacturer to find out what may be causing this to happen and if a replacement is needed.

Product doesnât work
I tried to return and all I got was I should reach out for technical help⦠I followed the directions on how to set the watch and all it does is blink, I canât change the time.

I tried two of these watches and neither one worked. The design is colorful and it fit my four year old grandson.

Feels cheap and flimsy
The watch looks great out of the box, but the light-up display barely lasted a week before it started glitching. The adjustable strap isnât very adjustableâitâs either too tight or too loose. The collectible tin is nice, but itâs not worth the disappointment when the watch stops working. Cool idea, poor execution.
