The creative team behind My Big Fat Greek Wedding reunites for an all-new love story with a big fat twist! What do you do when the one rule you never break becomes the one thing that could break your heart? Itâs a fun comedy/romance movie
If you have an opportunity to purchase this movie and you are tired of the current movies that are all despair and dreadful. Give this movie a try. Both Vardella and Corbett are great actors. Itâs not vulgar a bit suggestive but itâs not like the current soap operas. Not even close. Enjoy!

Favorite movie!
This movie is one of my all time favorites. It is ridiculously cheesy from the moment it starts, but it’s just so fun! Nia Vardalos did such a great job with this film!

I Hate Valentines Day, But I Love Nia Vardalos!
Well, I liked this movie. Nia Vardalos adds a lot of clean, relatable, everywoman charm to her characters and her movies. This charm that was bursting from the seams of “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” is still evident through “I Hate Valentines Day.” Nia has slicked up her image and wardrobe for this character, choosing her wardrobe colors from the palette of Valentine colors and spring blossoms. But Genevieve still has that practical Nia sense of humor which she shared with Toula, which shows in such lines as, “One armed dresses are just wrong–one arm’s warm…Oh! the other arm’s cold!” But the best part of all is that she is reunited with her “MBFGW” costar, John Corbett, with whom she still has the undeniable chemistry which made that film so believable. Fans of MBFGW will find something to like here. The film’s limited budget contributed largely to the its flaws, but the chemistry and charm of the leads keeps the film afloat, and makes it worth at least the cost of a rental. However I am buying it for my collection, because though I like Nia Vardalos, and I like John Corbett, I love Nia and John together!

Such a cute movie!
I don’t know that this movie got much press, but I loved it the first time I saw it and love coming back to it every year for Valentine’s – but it is good for any time, not just February. It makes me laugh out loud and cringe with the characters and their struggles.

Another Charming Movie With Nia Vardalos
Nia Vardalos is a gem of an actress with a real gift for making people like her on-screen characters. Every time I seen her in a movie I feel like I’m visiting an old friend. This movie, while filled with comedy, deals with a fairly serious issue, a woman that refuses to go on more than five dates with the same person because she fears being exposed to the possibility of being emotionally hurt. In a way, it is a character study of a woman that is learning to love, even though it’s a frightening prospect for her. Entertaining and funny with a serious undercurrent.

This film was fantastic. I loved My Big Fat Greek Wedding so thought I’d try this film. Wasn’t sure I was going to like it but was pleasantly surprised. A real lovely warm watchable romantic chic flick. Very well worth a watch.
