Poor quality phone.
Bad quality phone. There are hang issues and The keypad does not work properly. A SIM card is promised home delivery but never delivered. my review is waste of your money.

Does everything just rightly for its price
Initially I got a defective product, which was not charging at all even after keeping on charge for 5 hours. I spoke with Amazon representative regarding the issue and they were quick enough to issue a replacement unit. I was skeptical about the replacement unit as well based on the already mentioned reviews but I am quite happy after receiving the new unit.I bought this for my mother, she was using the older jio phone. It’s display was almost not visible and charging status was not showing. This felt like a good upgrade as I saw some reviews on YouTube mentioning this doesn’t lag much like earlier phones.So I bought this and feels it is worth. Although its price seems a Lil over 300-800 more but I think from what it’s offering, if you use all those features then it is a good deal, Although my mother uses the phone mostly to call and now to video call sometimes. Battery is pretty good for such usage and it lasted almost 3 days with minimal to moderate usage which is very good.I watched youtube videos, live match in jio cinema, played some music in Jio Saavn and also that wireless radio feature is a very good addition, there isn’t much lag considering its size and form factor, I liked the video plaback quality and sound, it is good enough.Saw so much of negative reviews for this one, may be some products are defective like the first one which I received but felt this doesn’t deserve that. That’s why wrote this longgg review!

Good Quality Phone
This is a very good Phone. Before this I bought JioBharat Phone which is waste and now I have purchased this Phone.Registering JioPay was like a breeze. On the first attempt I am able to register my accounts. Making UPI at all the times was quick & easy and never failed.To my surprise it has WiFi & GPS also. If needed you can download Google Maps and works perfectly. It gives very nostalgia feeling. People are surprised to see making UPI payments in a feature phone.WhatsApp is not working and it says need an update. Battery drains fast and I mean it stands for a day. and not more than that. Hope any future software update from Jio could rectify this issue. Better to keep WiFi, GPS & Bluetooth OFF always to save Battery power as we do in Smart Phones.Will any if any in the coming days.

Can buy smartphones with a little budget.
Not worth 3000. Why do they even give internet option when the speed is so dumb even with a WiFi. Just a dumb product targeting users requiring Basic phone.

Good phone with lots of feature
Phone is good but build is poor. Buttons are too close. Typing is tough, because keypad size is small.But phone is good and surprised with some some features and remember past experiences with keypad phone.1.It has wireless fm.2. Youtube and other social media3.keypad is good compare with previous jiophone. not found too much pressing keypad issue.4. Direct video calling, no app needed.5. Decent looking phone6. Affordable PlansWhat can be improved1. Display- too much blurry text and video2. Phone can be slim3. Price is too much high.4. WhatsApp is missing.5. Keypad can be better.6. Good camera.7. Opera mini like browser should be provided just like nokia previous phone.

Phone looks good but hangs
I was just trying to see if features like YouTube works. But after opening the YouTube app, the phone hanged and as a solution, I had to remove battery and restart like we used to do two decades ago in feature phones. Luckily next time it didn’t hanged yet.Edit: After 1 week of usage, the battery is too bad you have to charge phone twice a day even when used only for few voice calls in a day
