Be ware
Any software especially security software you want a hard copy just Incase there is a problem planned or not you can have the software checked for built in spyware keystroke recorders or worse. I ordered this months ago and they will not mail a disk even though I paid extra for it. I think but do not know for sure this is coming from China? In anycase they to this point will not mail the software itâs down loadable I believe I I can say is be careful it might be great but since the wonât send a disk I am worried if it doesnât work you canât go back to look at the original code if you are hacked or worse

It is a “no” for me
This product took control of my pc. I could not go to web sites when I opened my browser. Maybe it was me but I have never had that problem before. I called the phone number listed and was told that I was out of the call area for that number. What? Then I did the chat and was told that it would cost me a dollar to assist me, but I would get the dollar back after the chat. What? I immediately uninstalled this product and will be returning it for my money back. It could have just been me, but I would like to speak with a help desk when I have a problem.

4/3/23 – Physical Delivery – It was easy to install on my laptop. But, for our Android phones, which are Galaxy S22 Plus phones, it takes a lot of time and it’s a lot more complicated trying to get it set up and to work. After 2 hours and 5 scans – When you open the app – Still getting message “Your Device Is Not Secure” Even thou the app scans the phone and tells you no malware detected..Been trying to call for support, but even after 4 hours of trying, the line is always Bussy ! That’s why I gave a 1 Star rating for now. Up Date 4-12-23 Still no support!

The K7 antivirus states lifetime validity, However, when contacted on the internet there is a limit of 2 years.I would like my money back. Also, the process of installation is slow and confusing. I do not know if i was given incorrect information for loading the software but it felt like i was being scammed.
