Poor service especially no installation support
After purchasing this item, I have to install the TV myself. There is no installation support. The service provider denied to provide service.

Value for money
I have already using LG 55inch TV but it was too expensive, bought Karbonn 55inch as 2nd TV one. Honestly it is 100% value for money. In all tech aspects it is competing with expensive brands. Except HDMI-ARC feature.
