Great quality and VERY functional design! Exceeded our expectations.
My 3 year old autistic child can quickly lose interest in a toy, but not this one! She loves her Melissa & doug ice cream shop! The ice cream scooper functions as intended, and all the pieces fit snug and stay together nicely! She never loses interest in this very well designed toy. It doesn’t cause frustration or meltdowns for my little one- Compared to similar toys which use weak magnets to hold the ice cream cone together poorly. My child loves that when stacking all the pieces up high it does not fall apart. It eliminates the frustration factor many ASD kids struggle wish, creating space for imaginative play! 5 stars. I highly recommend this product and wish I purchased it sooner. It has a high price point, so I waited for it to go on sale. But don’t let that detour you because like other Melissa & Doug products you truly get what you pay for.

Sturdy, fun for kids
This ice cream set is adorable! Keeps my kids busy for hours. They love serving me ice cream and making it as tall as they can. The wood set is very well made and sturdy. The scooper is easy to use and the ice cream fit easily in it. I like the toppings but I think the ice cream with sprinkles could look better.

Hours of Play
This ice cream center is high quality and has provided hours of play in the short amount of time owned. This is my almost 3 year olds favorite toy. She loves the menu and taking ice cream orders. It is great for creative play, but also memory when she makes orders for other people. Only one ice cream scoop isnât tight and falls off of the cone easily, the rest are very secure and easy to stack.

Best christmas idea for boys and girls ages 2-3
This is one of our most played with toys at home. It is great for pretend play and imagination. My son navigates to this toy almost daily and the quality is so good. All of the pieces have held up so well and it looks almost as if it were new a year later. I have bought a second for my niece for Christmas since my 3 year old loves it so much. This would be a crowd favorite gift this Christmas!

So much fun!
We got this to help our son with his motor skills while also having fun 🙂 from the moment he got it out of the box, heâs had a blast with it! The menu is a lot of fun and works well with dry erase markers if your kiddo wants to actually mark down an order 🙂 He really enjoys all the different topping options and the pretend aspect of being in charge of the ice cream shop! The pieces are very sturdy and well made. This brand is pricey but worth the money. These toys could easily be handed down.

This was such a hit for my 3 and 5 year old! They have been playing for hours every day since they got it. They love all the different flavours & toppings and the fun little scoop that can pick them up. Itâs so fun getting to play this with them too and see their imagination run wild. The set is really well made with sustainable materials. The stand is cool and the scoop works well picking up the ice cream. My daughterâs wish for Christmas was this.A bit pricey but we got it on Black Friday so we got a deal on it.Itâs smaller than I expected but itâs very nice and good quality.She loves playing with it and making ice cream for everyone.The spoon can be a choking hazard for small children.
