These are solid! Since I started taking them 5 months I haven’t really gotten sick, my energy levels are noticeably better when I take it and it’s helped my mood as well. Biggest advice , TAKE THESE WITH FOOD. If I take these and don’t eat anything it will turn my stomach upside down. For the price this is the best value and I’ve done a decent amount of research

Since purchasing this product, I have been taking this multivitamin daily. Doctor recommended I start to take some daily due to low energy etc. Im glad I came across this product. In about a week or two, Ive seen a significant difference in my energy levels throughout the day. I have been more motivated to do tasks throughout the day versus taking naps due to low energy. Great product and recommend this 100%.Only bad thing is the taste

I’m sure this product had all the specified vitamins it claims to possess. however, the after taste is bad and if i did not take these pills with food they left me feeling extremely nauseous.

Been taking these for quite some time now and can tell the difference when Iâve gone a few weeks without them. Energy is sustained throughout the day, even with my mentally taxing full time job. This, along with my Vitamin D3 keeps me going from day to day.The only drawback is that you really should take it with food or you will absolutely be nauseous..itâs listed in the directions for a reason lol. For me, that symptom only lasts about 20 mins so I take my chances on it some mornings (Iâm not really an early morning eater) but I do encourage you to always put something on your stomach right before taking it.

Full bottle use review
Ok I finished the bottle and now I can give a review. The effect is immediate, an hour or so after taking when I wake up and my energy level is through the roof. Make sure you eat something soon after taking this because it will make you nauseous, like multivitamins often do. I would start with one a day and see how you feel, I started at the recommended dose of two capsules and was pacing and a bit jittery or maybe thatâs the coffee idk. Usually I need to nap after my 24hr shift (no Iâm not up all night) but I had the energy to get on my treadmill and walk. I will continue to buy these if I continue getting good results. My hair also seems to be growing a little faster and thicker which I wasn’t expecting but love. Good results for a good price
