MSM is amazing. I haven’t even had this product a week yet and I am already reaping the benefits. This is 100% a real review on this product, I didn’t receive anything in return.I got this product because I experience acne and hyperpigmentation on my skin which are red spots left behind by the acne. Within a few days the cystic acne stopped, just a few pimples here and there and now the rest of it is starting to leave. The red spots are fading and not only that but my entire face looks healthier in a very drastic way! I had soft skin to start with, besides the acne, and my skin is 10x softer now than before. And I’ve noticed my skin is softer Even on the places like my forehead where I never had acne break outs. And my back! It’s amazing! Also I used to have slight dark circles under my eyes (nothing too noticeable) and now the dark circles are almost completely gone, (and I can tell!, that’s saying a lot) again, not only that but under my eyes they are more plump and I’ve had wrinkles disappear. This stuff is seriously amazing, I wish I had started off with this product years ago, and to think I was going to go get antibiotics for my acne. What a relief that I won’t have to do that now. I would recommend this to anyone I know that suffers with skin conditions. This is very powerful stuff! My face looks and feels airbrushed. I’m taking one pill internally everyday at night, and then whenever I wash my face I apply a lotion (natural lotion like coconut oil) that has about 3 of these pills crushed up into it. I apply this lotion to my face and other rougher areas on my body after I get out of the shower. This stuff derives from DMSO and I wouldn’t risk putting this on your skin if the skin isn’t clean. DMSO is known to transport anything it touches into your skin and further into your blood stream. This is just a precaution I take. This stuff doesn’t burn or give me any weird side effects. MSM is sulfur that is formed in rain water and is ingested through plants that we eat. It’s all natural. Most plants we grow now are not grown with rain water, this is why you might have a deficiency in sulfur or MSM. But seriously try this for yourself, it could make a big difference for you like it did for me.

I can’t give a review yet because I just received it. My therapist has connective tissue and cartilage problems. It was recommended to her years ago by her doctor. I look forward to seeing if this helps my pain, energy and overall health benefits.

Great product, definitely recommend!
So Iâve ordered around 3 bottles of this. Originally I ordered it to add to My hair care regiment but I saw some other positive things about it as well. I read that it can help with pain. Well I have a torn sciatic nerve. Incredibly painful. When I first started taking this I must admit I did notice a difference with less pain. I really havenât noticed that lately though. Now My nails have always been long and strong. Never had a problem…until I turned 30, then my nails just stopped growing, I mean not even a little. Since taking this their back to growing and their strong like before. Now as for my hair itâs growing nicely but I donât know if the credit is due to this or My other hair care regiments but since itâs helping with My nails nicely I would think that itâs helping with My hair as well.

Plantar Fisciitis pain in heel gone
I bought this bottle maybe 6 months ago. A co worker suggested I try this for stiffness and body aches. She is in her 60âs and I am in my 50âs so I took her advice. About a month ago I noticed that my left heel felt like someone was stabbing me constantly with a knife hammer or something could hardly walk (LITERALLY). I thought it was Plantar Fisciitis or a heel spur. So within a month I have bought shoe inserts galore (250$ worth) new shoes (600$) worth. And I still was having this horrible pain. Started having stiffness in arms and started taking MSM 1500 2 tabs in am and 2 tabs in pm and within 2 days pain in heel is gone!!!!! But arms are still sore : ) I recommend this for aches and pains!!!! I wonder If I can take some of these shoes and shoe inserts back.

These work far better than anticipated, but are HUGE….
These work fantastic. I noticed an improvement in back pain and joint discomfort with in two days of taking them. I recommended them to my mother and brother, who both suffer from varying degrees of back pain. Coupled with turmeric, my back and hip pain are tolerable and almost as unnoticeable as if I had taken NSAIDs. Would recommend, just beware the size. These pills are HUGE. I have to cut them into thirds to get them down. No coating, no scoring…the manufacturer would do well to make these a little more ingestion-friendly, but for the price, they are fantastic!

Range of motion is back and no PAIN!
Lately I have been having what feels like tendinitis or bursitis in the abductor muscles, joints and ligaments in my inner left thigh. It would happen suddenly and the pain was debilitating. I couldn’t get in bed, turn over, get in my car, pivot, without it feeling like I was a rusted tin man. I got an x-Ray that thankfully showed no abnormalities. I knew it had to be the joints and ligaments that were becominging inflamed. I ordered MSM and was on it for a week before I started feeling better. And now I am not feeling any pain, and my range of motion in my left leg is back to how it was when I was a girl of my youth. The MSM has definitely helped since I didn’t have this range of motion in a long time. I feel like I could do a split (but I won’t) I’m 42 years young and am so thankful for this. I will be taking these horse pills from now on.
