The water tank is simple to refill, though itâs on the smaller side, so youâll be refilling it a lot for bigger jobs.Portability: Lightweight and compact, making it perfect for travel or quick use around the house. Itâs not super powerful for thick fabrics, though.Effectiveness: Works great on light fabrics like cotton and silk but has a harder time with thicker stuff.Value for Money: Good for the price, but could use a bit more power.

Summary: The product is a complete waste of money because it achieves nothingI think there are a few critical considerations that you should pay heed to while purchasing a hand-held steamer.Firstly, the water tank provided with this gadget is very small and is sufficient to steam one garment only. If you are trying to steam a large garment or multiple clothes in a single sitting, you would keep running to the tap for refill.Secondly, the steam itself is inadequate at a lower setting. Hence, you will end-up running the garment steamer on the higher setting leading to higher water consumption. Moreover, the outcomes are disappointing. You will hardly notice any change on cotton clothes.Thirdly, the gadget is slightly heavy and comes with a 16A plug, requiring appropriate power point for this to run.Fourth, steaming the clothes require them to be hung so that you can conveniently steam them. However, there is no stand or hook provided. Another steam I had purchased in the US, use to come with a special door hook. So you need to look for alternate arrangements, else your hand will get tired.Fifth, many cheaper alternatives come with a bigger water tank, longer cord, and smaller plug.

It has certainly exceeded my expectations and made my garment care routine much more efficient and enjoyable and It requires a 16amp connection which are usually few in Indian homes and therefore cannot be used anywhere, I’m really amazing product.
