Above and beyond customer service for an amazing product
I ordered the wiz pack as an Amazon warehouse buy and was sent a product missing 75% of the pieces. I returned it and wrote about what happenrd in my initial review and then ordered the product from playshifu’s website directly.The company reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience that wasn’t even their fault and then sent me the tunes kit as well. I’m so impressed with how above and beyond they’ve gone. I’ve recommended this to all of my friends and several have bought it and loved it as well! This AR style of learning is the perfect bridge between kids who want to play with screens and parents who want them to learn something. My son loves math but has never been interested in learning about letters until now and I’m so excited!

This is a great learning tool for kids!!
I was skeptical of how well this would work due to reviews but can say that I 100% love it. I used my child’s Kindle Fire 7 and it had no problem recognizing it. I unboxed the 3 tools and downloaded the app. It was easy enough to set up each kids profile at their level and off we went. We started with the numbers one and they both enjoyed answering the questions and they got to choose which game to play. The link games are fun since they’re more of a puzzle in trying to figure out how many links you need to complete the tasks and move on. Lastly we tired the spelling and I was impressed. We did the Jungles OKO game and it was great in having them try to figure out how to spell each animal. We’ve only used it today but I see more learning and fun using this! We have Osmo little genius as well and I wish I knew about this before I purchased it b/c I wouldn’t have even bought the Osmo one.

Amazing way to learn
My kids are obsessed with playing the Plugo! We bought one for our daughter, and our son was always jealous when she played so now we have two! They learn so much while playing it!

Highly recommend! Keeps kids engaged and learning. My 8 yr old loves it and even my 13 yr old tries to play lol. Easily one of the best learning tools I have bought in the last 13 years! Highly recommend for children who are more advanced or even falling behind! Plenty of games to choose from as well!

Extremely well built and sturdyApp and optical detection works wellForced me to register with my email but thatâs not unexpected now a daysFollowing applies to Letters part only since I am yet to use other 2 sectionsNo kid game should have only one of some letters. All letters should go up by 1 count.Work story ratio should have even easier (pre-pre k) option because even if kid is older, they would benefit from more welcoming introduction stories.Color and character selection is nice. Kids found it inviting.I had to remove ipad cover for it to stick easily. It would work with cover but I was afraid it was squeezing it too much.App was easy to navigate for kidsOverall design is kid friendly.Plugo Link is betterPlugo count is good so far. We got pieces some had minor stains, unclear if from prior use or coincidence.App uses way too much memory and game doesnât accept new bigger size ipad

My husband and I were super impressed with how awesome this kit is! My son loves the links games and when he gets device time, he asks to play with Plugo! Absolute love educational games like this!!

Used product shipped , and pad dont work
my kids were so happy to open this on Christmas but the pad is not working and the product look like it was used . such a shame

I bought this for my nephew last xmas and he played with it all through last year. The games were fun and they progress in difficulty so he didnt get bored. He is now top in his class for reading and maths. I think this had a lot to do with it. Highly recommend.

Can’t learn the concepts to children just trying to make them memorize things. No need for such things and there are better options available to teach the children the concepts of maths and reading.
