Versatile and Comfortable: A Must-Have for Work and Play
I purchased the Poly Voyager 4320 UC headset after experiencing discomfort with the standard headsets provided at my call center job. Needs some modification for improving comfort
I got this and wore it for just a few minutes and realized its going to be a problem. The headset was just too tight. But luckily the top band is metal so I stretched out the headset to loosen it up and not be so tight and pinching my head. That helped alleviate the tightness and stop my headache… thankfully. Otherwise this head set is just too tight and my head is on the smaller side. But other than that I think the sound cancellation works well, sometimes im in a meeting and running my espresso machine and other listeners can’t hear it running. I dont think I can run the steam wand though that is pretty loud but who knows, maybe its silenced too, haven’t tried. Love the ability to hit the mute whenever I need from the mic boom, and it tells you its muted so you have confirmation. Love it. The sound quality is just meh, I expect pretty good quality from a nearly 200 dollar head set. I got this on prime day for a good deal though. Love the battery life I can make it through a day or two without charging. I also like how when you turn it on it tells you the battery status. One thing I will say is this seems like it needs a long time to connect fully to your computer and if you switch it on and immediately answer a call or jump in a teams meeting it may not connect your voice but its easy to fix you just have to drop out and back in.

Voice quality and Mute function
I am using Plantronics heads set for last 7 years and this is the 3rd one and found others complaining voice quality issues, I am not able to mute and, many times other people cannot hear while I can and have to restart the same several time

Love headset, somewhat hurts after hours wearing glasses
Love this headset, just wish it didn’t hurt my ears when wearing for hours over glasses.Blocks out enough surrounding voices in a conference room of people talkiing that I can focus on conference calls.

It just works great – a no brainer for a busy office
After a really bad experience trying to get a JLabs BT headset to maintain pairing with my mobile phone, I returned it and ordered the Poly Voyager 4320. This thing just works – it paired instantly, sound quality is incredible, really comfortable on my head, and the charging stand is a nice addition to my desk. When the phone rings, I just want to pick it up, put it on my head, answer and get back to business. This one does the job.

Only lasted a year
The headset was easy to use and connected to my computer using the dongle with ease. I had a good range and sound. Battery life was great as I work a12 hour shift and there were no issues. After almost a year the mute wasn’t working all the time and then the headset has now quit working entirely. Now I need to find a new headset but I’m afraid if I get another one of these it will die.

Great sound and very comfortable in long meetings
It was recommended to me by a friend as a great tool for people who do a lot of online meetings and need to block out other noises from the environment. What I didnt know was that it would become my favorite headphone. Very good sound, on-ear design is great for people that wear glasses and the charging stand helps declutter my alredy messy desk.

Finally picked this up after much research to replace the cheap corded Logitech provided by my employer. I spend my day logged into a teams meeting mostly listening but occasionally using the mic. The sound and comfort is a huge improvement, the mic seems to work fine, and not being tied to my desk has been life-changing. It lasts for my full 9 hour day on a charge easily and was super easy to set up.

I absolutely love this headset, it works great with Teams and the mute button actually works well, compared to other headsets I had bought in the past. Very very lightweight and comfortable to use and have on your head all day without hurting my head/ears. Great battery life too, I’m on calls 4-6h per day and I only charge every 2-3 days. Highly recommend for people with small heads as well, I can’t find easily headsets that aren’t too big for me.
