Easy to clean, easy to brew!
I love both of my Primula Burke Deluxe cold brew coffee systems!! The first One was a Christmas gift from my son and the second one I purchased because I didnât want to keep making one pot over and over again. I drink it so much so I constantly have two pots going in the fridge. It gives me a taste like no other and I think the success is in the brewing filter and the system itself, the pot seem pretty brake resistant with their tempered glass, but then again Iâm very careful with them. Itâs very very easy to brew with these! I use a coarse ground cold brew, Bizzy coffee. I like very strong cold brew and this bruise really strong if you stir it a couple times within the 24 hours otherwise Iâd let it go to 36 or 48 hours. But itâs always so smooth! If youâre looking for a Nas easy coffee system this is easy to clean and easy to brew.

Works pretty well
Update 8/2022: I never did go back to the bag method. In fact, I bought another of these pitchers. Even with the couple of extra steps, this method is still more convenient and way less messy.We have been making cold brew for years just by mixing water and ground coffee in a jar and then filtering it. We have also used the cotton bags you can get to hold the coffee and then just lift that out of the jar. Both methods work just fine. This little pitcher has a mesh insert to hold the coffee so theoretically you just lift that out and use the cold brew. It works, but there are two issues. First, quite a bit of tiny coffee grounds/particles stay behind so I find I need to run the brew through a coffee filter in order to take that out. If it doesn’t bother you, then you wouldn’t need to do that. Second, there is still a lot of liquid held by the grounds, and unlike the cotton bag, you can’t squeeze it out, so I end up setting the mesh strainer over a bowl to let it drip. Again, if you don’t care about that extra, you wouldn’t have to do that. Overall, the pitcher works pretty well, but I will probably go back to the cotton bag method.

Excellent, inexpensive cold brew maker
I’ve been using this cold brew pitcher for over a year and I love it. It makes excellent cold brew every time and I’ve never had any problems with any of the parts. The filter is so easy to clean because of the screw-off bottom cap, which is a major plus. The handle is sturdy, the glass is thick enough to not feel like it’s gonna shatter, and the rubber seal in the lid is still going strong after over a year of being used.As an added bonus, it’s easy to get replacement parts for Primula products. My husband recently accidentally threw away the screw cap for the filter so I had to buy a replacement. I went to the Primula website where they sell replacement parts and purchased a new filter cap/bottom for $5, and the shipping was free because it was a replacement part. Very pleased with the ease of getting the part I needed.The only downside I have to mention is that the plastic parts of the pitcher get stained with coffee oils, but that’s to be expected due to the nature of coffee, so not worth removing any stars from the rating. If you’re looking for an inexpensive, sturdy product, I’d recommend this one, because I’d definitely buy it again.

This thing is easy to use and has a very attractive design. I’m not exactly a coffee snob, but in my opinion the coffee I make in this tastes great! I like the abolity to add things to the flavor as well. I often add a bit of cinnamon during the infusion.A single pot lasts me a few days, but for a heavier cold brew drinker you may find yourself going through it more quickly.
