Don’t buy from the seller I bought it from
The product is a refurbished one, mostly it is got from outside india. So the quality is generally good. But service given by the seller is bad. The seller had mentioned that wifi is inbuilt but hands over a usb dongle for wifi which is defective. The calls to seller are 90% of the times unanswered when called during office hours. Emails are 100% unanswered. The seller name is corvette india pvt ltd.

Review after 2 month usage.I almost work for 9 -10 hr daily on it ,most work on web browser so i found no issue until i tried installing oracle virtual box and it crash(bluescreen).After uninstallation(virtual box) it working fine now.(currently installed few coding application pycharm, vs…,etc) no issue yet.No heating issue found.MS preinstalled also has mini speaker within pc.Will suggested for those who work on minimal task like MS office, trading, browsing.Not good for high end consuming cpu application.NOTE : WIFI Dongle(provided with pc) is useless stops working every 15 mins wherever its get heated. Better to buy tplink dongle or use mobile USB tethering.

My initial experience has been excellent!The setup was seamless and quick, thanks to its compact form factor. It fits discreetly beside my TV, keeping the space uncluttered. Performance-wise, the OptiPlex 7040 packs a punch for its size. The Intel processor and SSD provide smooth and fast performance for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and multitasking. Paired with a large screen TV, the visual experience is quite immersive. The built-in ports, including multiple USBs and HDMI, make it easy to expand connectivity options.The wireless keyboard and mouse combo also work flawlessly, offering flexibility and convenience without cable clutter. Overall, the OptiPlex 7040 is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a space-saving, efficient, and responsive mini PC for both work and entertainment. If it is Optiplex7050 it has a C port, which is very useful nowadays.

Awful experience with Refurbished Amazon Renew
This was first time I tried a refurbished product on Amazon. The DEll Optiplex 7040 product specification mentioned the system would be configured with WiFi along with other components. I was shocked to discover that the Wi-Fi Network card was missing. Now since 2nd Oct, I just have a box with no internet, the system is of no use. I reported on app and also complained to Amazon voice support, they said they will take three days to investigate and let me know what to do with it. So far no one contacted me, unable to use or return the product or get refund. Bad experience with Amazon Renew, no one cares.

I am surprised with this mini machine. it is very fast. no lags and structing. I just bought it for 11500. one of the best in the market if you are looking for refurbished machines. I recommend buying this who are looking for to buy a desktop. 16gb ram and 512gb ssd is the best thing in this machine. thanks to the Syntronic seller.
