1. CPU BOX NOT GOOD , OK it is accepted. Dongle for internet getting heated, and internet not working, Out of four ports of USB , 2 are not working, backside 2 are not working, states that care has been taken cleaned and professionally tested. Can not work directly with ease , no value for your money, additional warranty is give by extracover they are not responding, instead go for a new one are old with reliable service locally. Now on inspection by service engineer and on checking at Dell support portal it is more than 10 years old. Why amazon is promoting as amazon cleared.

Good Refurbished CPU – Go For It!
Thank you Recyclekart & Amazon for delivering the Dell refurbished CPU which works well so far.Few things to be noted.Initial observation, the packaging was not that strong to hold the CPU intact in the transit. I received the product with the package torn here and there which worried me about the CPU damage altogether.When unpacked the box, I found mouse was missing. Cabinet was slightly damaged (could ignore as it is a refurbished product).No graphics card was installed.No inbuilt bluetooth/bluetooth adaptor which could have been better had provided.Though there was a DVD writer it was not functioning.The other specs in terms of RAM, HDD, SSD size, processor etc., was available as disclosed.When the system was ready to start functioning, noticed hanging issues. The issue was with the RAM. I had to remove the faulty 8GB RAM to get rid of the hanging issues. Finally, the system works fine with only 8GB RAM though the CPU comes with 16 GB RAM. I ordered the CPU on August 9. I got the product on August 19. I am using the system since then with no issues.The warranty registration process was swift. The technician was patient to handle my queries for the registration process. On the faulty 8GB RAM, the seller/technician promised to supply me with the good one once I return the faulty one.Please take note of the above points highlighted.Thank you for giving a good product. Overall a good refurbished CPU which works smoothly with no issues for one’s daily needs.Worthy buying Go for it!

Don’t buy. Bad product.
Don’t buy this. The product is a scrap material which is not even assembled properly. I received a piece which did not have any RAM (yes, that’s true!). Customer service is extremely poor. They answer only the first call. Once they know the problem they never pick up any call.And guess what! They did not even pick up the return. I had to arrange a courier myself to send a product back which was faulty to begin with.Then, it took me 1 and half months of me talking to 50 different people to get a refund.I don’t understand how such trash gets into Amazon. Never again.
