Condition of refurbished mobile was excellent. All the accessories were in the box. But the box was damaged.Problems i m facing is1. Low battery backup only 24 hrs if used normally.2. Lots of games installed and cannot be removed3. The phone gets locked by pressing call cut button instantlyBut still all over i m giving 4 stars.

I brought this phone because my work requires a phone w/o a camera.Pros:- good battery life (tested on single sim 4g VoLTE)- FM radio- torch- dual sim- memory card slotcon:- there are games that can not be removed- no hotspot feature

This phone is true Dual VoLTE and true multimedia keypad.
I’ve rated this purchase of mine as 3.5 (almost 4*) stars only on the fact, it has a very weak battery. An hour of MS Team Audio Conference call (can be classified as an ordinary call 1:1) reduces the battery to almost 50% from full charge. I can’t blame solely on this device as other factors are not being constant (cellular carrier) but still it would last a day if considerable amount of calls are being done from this device. Else, this is a real standby phone to be honest.
