i love to sit on it.
I just installed this toilet seat, and quite frankly, I donât see any of the complains other people might have. Yes, it is not as solid as the wooden version but at the same time it is not as heavy and that is important to me.

Horrible!
The threading on the screws is shallow, flathead and soft plastic so strips very easily which makes it hard/impossible to tighten the screws so it becomes loose easily or strips the screwhead so it becomes unusable.The padding is square-shaped, not curved, like usual. So, the opening feels quite small. Definitely not good for larger people (and I don’t mean fat, just large).

Works for what I need it for. But it could be better. It’s like it has been made kind of cheap. When I opened it the bottom of it, the seat. Has the indent of the top that closes down on the seat from the bracket that holds it together.

THEY JUST DON’T MAKE THINGS LIKE THEY USED TO!
I was doing a color change in my guest bathroom and needed a new beige toilet seat. I’ve bought literally hundreds of items off Amazon since 2006 and have noticed the overall quality of items have gone down. I purchased this toilet seat because the cost was what I was willing to pay. The quality in sorely lacking! When I was taking my perfectly good light blue toilet seat to the trash bin I noticed how heavy it was. It seemed to have an interior wood component to it. This toilet seat felt light as a Frisbee and the seams guaranteed the sides would split if a “heavy bottom relative” collapsed on to it. (lol). But I was doing a makeover and needed a toilet seat asap! It has two dents where the gromments that rest on the closed seat go and so I am hoping it will relax in time. Now I know that a toilet seat should cost more than a Starbucks Latte’ but do not feel you should have to take out a mortgage to pay for a good one. Its a toilet seat for Gods sake! Had I more time I would have Scouted for a “Firmer seat”. To finish off the decor of brown, beige and gold. It will do in the meantime. I would opt for a sturdier soft cushion seat and do not recommend this one unless you’re on a budget!

Ever sit on the toilet for too long because you were reading or watching videos on your phone?Ever sit on the seat on the cold night and jump up and slip and wake everyone up?Not with this toilet seat let me tell you! For the price it’s comfortable, it doesn’t get cold so my butt skin won’t be frozen upon contact.I went with the dark blue and it looks great! Simple install and I was ready to sit down again!No complaints from the kids and I’ve noticed from sitting for way too long that my butt doesn’t hurt after like other seats.
