Good materials, mediocre instructions
Product arrived well-packaged, with no damaged pieces. The cabinet is made of engineered wood, but it is a very high-quality wood product (not plywood). The pre-drilled holes were all where they were supposed to be. The instructions were ok, since I have plenty of experience putting things like this together by myself. I will recommend to others who may not have experience, that you assemble to cabinet frame, then flip it over to put the legs on, then manage placement in the room and leveling (the legs have adjustable feet) and anchoring to the wall, then fit the sink, then put the doors on.The anchors provided for securing the cabinet to the wall were terrible. The first bolt I tried to attach completely pushed the anchor through the sheet rock and into the wall space. Forutnately, I had some of my own anchors that I was able to use instead, though I had to re-drill the holes.

Beautiful Vanity!
Assembly was somewhat tedious considering the evening of cabinet doors. Soft close cabinet doors is a really nice feature. When moving the vanity to install the screws that hold the legs on came off the bottom and the legs had to be reinforced with longer/heftier screws. Also, the sink is shipped separate from the cabinet which is a guarantee of the sink not being broken.
