Won’t fit a standard 3cm thick quartz countertop. Doesn’t drain.
TL;DR: Don’t buy this. Doesn’t fit typical countertops and doesn’t drain.I bought this specific rinser due to the larger diameter than most others, especially when compared to a Delta rinser. I absolutely would have chosen the Delta if not for this one very important detail. The functional design problems on this unit are egregious, to the point that I can’t recommend it in any way. First off, the mounting stem is at least an inch too short. If you have a standard 3 cm thick countertop, there is not enough length to get the mounting nut on and attach the supply hose. I came up with a solution using a 3D printed part I made, but this is a huge oversight that would have been very simple for the manufacturer to address.Secondly, as others have mentioned, there is absolutely no slope to the inside bottom of the rinser to aid in draining water from it. It’s completely flat as far as I can tell, and you’ll be left with standing water in it every time. It’s a cast part. How they didn’t decide to make it with a slope is unbelievable. The only thing this has going for it is the size, materials, and looks. It’s attractive without substance. Yes it rinses glasses, but installation and actual function are so lacking it seems apparent that nobody actually tested usability before putting it to market.Look elsewhere.

Looks good, quality is not Delta
I got this product due to the inside diameter fitting a 30 ounce Yeti cup.It worked great for the first year, it certainly had adequate pressure and a firm base to press against, didn’t feel flimsy and it functioned pretty well. I say pretty well, because the engineers that drew this thing up on a computer screen, apparently never used it once they made a prototype. The base has virtually no decline slope to shed the water from inside of the cup rinser. The entire thing will hold water. I used synthetic shims and had to elevate the far side about 3/8” to get the water to break over the edge of the drain. It seems like there is some excess powder coat or other manufacturing imperfections that act as a damn, you can’t see it, but you can feel it with your finger. This creates water tension and holds water in the cup deeper than what the edge feels like and it will end up getting funky, quick. My shims and a thick bead of caulk created a functional device, but what a freaking oversight! The Delta versions are just too small, I felt that this benefit was worth taking a chance on. Come to find out that increased diameter also offsets the mounting hole that it is drilled into your countertop back too far to accommodate another option afterwards. So at this point I am committed to the footprint of this unit unless I replace my quartz. After a year I have less than half of the Pressure coming out of the holes, it has a continuous slow, drip, and I have play in the valve mechanism that I am worried will leak from below at some point. Awesome. To address the low pressure one would think I could have a clogged screen or a bad valve. I replaced the stop valve as a precaution and used their new hoses, no change. I also have filtered water that’s not hard, I don’t have mineral buildup on any wet area of my home. I will see if they can sell me a part, but to do this every year? We’re just a couple and no kids, we took good care of it and we’re never hard on it.
