comfort and durability
It’s terrific that Teva sandals are available from Amazon! Having worn (out) a pair I purchased in 1993 or 1994, I can attest to Teva’s durability. The basic, functional design hasn’t changed much with the exception of the notably wider toe bed or “box.” The price on Amazon makes them very affordable. If you’re looking to wear something closer to a barefoot feel but with some arch support, try a pair of Teva sandals. They allow natural heel-to-toe foot placement and gait, and they don’t promote toe grabbing like open toe sandals, thus cultivating use of all 27 (or 29) foot muscles. Wow!

Perfect for every vacation activity!
These are the ONLY footwear I took on my 10 day Hawaiian vacation. They were comfortable every “step” of the way! Through airports, beaches, poolside, touring, shopping, climbing and hiking. I wanted to travel light and these sandals did not disappoint. They gave excellent traction for hiking and looked super cute for a Hawaiian Luau, Sand rinsed out easily on the beach, I just can’t say enough about how much I love these sandals!

Great all round active sandal
Very adjustable summer sandal I’ve been using for longer than I care to mention but this is my fifth or sixth pair. I like them for long walks, the beach, rafting and tubing…a multitude of outdoor activities. Nice secure footwear for an active person. I would like a little more adjustment for swelling but that’s my age acting up! The comfort of the foot bed is excellent.

very comfortable
I was looking for sandals with a plush feel and these have been great so far. I have heel pain and firm sandals like Bi..stock, while comfortable for others, actually hurt my feet.Not all straps are soft though. The metallic colors have a sharp feel, but the woven patterns appear to be nice and soft.I did see a pair of these discarded next to a garbage can in a parking lot. The bottom soles were separated halfway. I really hope that won’t happen to my particular pair, so for this reason I’m playing it safe and avoid getting these wet. I think these are more of a street/ fashion sandal rather than the more rugged and durable outdoor models this brand offers.I would definitely buy another pair!

What I love:Footbed is naturally nice and wide, most all Teva sandals are.Most all Teva sandals have wonderful arch support, which is a must to avoid plantar fasciitis, a very painful and avoidable foot condition–arch support and a good soft foot bed where the ball of your foot rests are a Must!Teva sandals are excellent for going hiking in and are non-slip when wet, so your foot doesn’t slip off of andbout of the sandals…so perfect for river tubing and creek foraging! Nothing worse than to think you have the perfect shoe — until you try wading in them and they are dangerously slick. Teva sandals are completely non-slip. Love them for that because I am constantly rinsing my feet off to rinse grime off my feet. (I own and operate a doggy DayCamp and Kennel-free Boarding business and dogs and water go hand in hand and it won’t do to be slip-sliding out in the dog yards!They are very, very durable. My 22 year old pair finally had the sole split, I have been gluing them back together, but because my feet frequently are wet and with the extreme heat the glue failed and I nearly fell flat on my face running and playing with the dogs. Thing is, if all washed up, they look practically brand new…just the split sole situation on both sandals…so I had to break down and buy a new pair of Hurricanes.What I don’t love:While the new Hurricane Teva sandals fit wonderfully, Teva has gotten stingy with the velcro portion on the straps!ð¥ºð¤ one of the reasons I love Teva sandals is they naturally have a nice wide foot bed to accommodate my 7W feet. By being stingy with the velcro, though the straps themselves are quite lengthy enough, only a little over 1/3 of each strap has velcro. So, the portion across the toes is only connected by maybe 1/2″ (if that) of velcro securing the toe straps.Why change a good thing, Teva?? Velcro closures need more connection than a mere 1/2″ðð»Because of the stinginess that Teva has shown regarding the velcro, I could only rate at 4 stars.

I love the support the Teva sandal gives me. Being able to adjust the straps are an added bonus. They were comfortable to wear right out of the box. The teal color is very nice. This is my second pair. I also have them in black. They are a great walking sandal.

Was really excited to get the âtigerâs eyeâ pair of these tevas. I tried on the standard black midforms in-store, then purchased this reddish brown colour instead. This pair that I received was not only the wrong colour but they also had far worse arch support and comfort in the soles as the standard black ones. I do however appreciate the soft edges on these top straps. Looks cuter, but I can already tell wonât be comfortable for long walks travelling.
