Beautiful to look at and even better to read
This book captures everything I love most in life: design, photography and travel. Admittedly, I purchased it at first based on how it looks on the outside, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I started reading it. I loved the window into each designer’s life and how their travels impact their design. The tips after each section were a very nice touch, and helps put readers put into practice many of the design ideas captured in the book. And the resource index at the end was great. I found two places in Chicago that I didn’t know about before and will definitely be visiting in the future. Overall a wonderful book. It begins and ends with a wallpaper like graphic design that envelops the book in beauty.

Plenty of Inspiration
Beautiful rooms, a plethora of ideas, quirky choices, travel stories, whatâs not to love?Interesting to explore what gives the designers inspiration. I particularly liked the use of natural elements in their designs.

Excellent book and a great source of inspiration.
This is an excellent and very inspiring book. The homes featured show real authenticity and talent by the homeowners featured. It is not a cookie cutter and trendy interior design book, it is much more than that: it has a soul and genuine sophistication cultivated over years of experiences and travels. It gives the readers tips on how to achieve that by being yourself and embracing all the diversity and personal aesthetics that make a well lived life.

* STUNNING WORK OF ART, inside and out! *
It’s the best read, quick browse, well-received gift or gorgeous table ornament!I LOVE this book. It’s so well done. I bought a handful of extras, and cannot wait to toss out as gifts this holiday season. It’s so thoughtfully organized, inspiring and complete with interviews from each homeowner, which makes the tour of each gorgeous home that much more personal. It’s clear that the authors put more than just a ton of work into their debut book; as a mother-daughter duo, their history together and passion for what they do best is warmly apparent.Brava, Caitlin Flemming + Julie Goebel! <3

Stunning in a subtle way
These designers’ homes are beautiful and I understand wanting a calm and relaxing environment to retreat to in this crazy world; but I need more maximalist designers who horde their travel treasures like chaotic dragons.

Wonderful! Delightful! A travelers Guide to decorating
Usually I look at the pictures in decor books and read the pages where the photo catches my eye. This book, written by a traveling mother and daughter was so engaging that I read it from cover to cover. Delightful! It encouraged my to book a trip to Mexico City.

Beautiful inside and out!
This book is both stunning and a great resource for someone like me who knows absolutely nothing about design. The photos are absolutely beautiful and inspiring, but reading through it also provided me an opportunity to learn more about design, styling and how to incorporate meaningful memories from throughout your life into your home. As an added bonus, it is a beautiful book to display proudly in your home.

Large heavy coffee table book. Pages feel thick and nicely textured. I bought this book after seeing it on a youtubers table. Itâs perfect for my ottoman tray. Great bang for the buck.

I absolutely love love and love this book, I love a good coffee table book especially on Interiors, I would love to buy them all, this was my last years birthday present to myself 😀 and I was not disappointed, I would recommend this book wholeheartedly. This is a collection of other peoples houses and how they live plus how it works for them and none of these interiors are pompous or pretentious, its almost like a decor magazine but without the adds. The interiors are very doable and you can see your own self also in a multiple of these homes and living these lives which is what makes this book so lovable! Definite Yes and do get this, you won’t be disappointed
