Love This Juicer!
I love this juicer. I spent a week reading reviews and the pros and cons of a variety of juicers then went to a local retailer in town to see some “up close and personal”. I had my last little citrus juicer for about 25 years. It was a Toastmaster that I picked up at a garage sale when I was in college. I finally wore the little motor out. This Tribest juicer is a perfect size to leave on the counter top. It’s footprint isn’t too large, it doesn’t take up too much space. It disassembles easily so that you can rinse out all the parts. It has two different sized reamers. It has a strong engine. I use the citrus juicer about 3 or 4 times a week to juice half a dozen oranges and it does so quickly and thoroughly. The spout will fit over a shorter glass – not a tumbler, not a pitcher. If you’re trying to fill a pitcher you’ll just need to juice from the smaller glass to the pitcher or you could purchase a commercial juicer. This is great for a family or individual that just wants a fresh glass of juice with breakfast.I tend to be careful with the little spout. It folds up after you’re done juicing to prevent drips. It seems a little flimsy as though it could pop off but it hasn’t but again, I’m careful with that part of the juicer.Personally, I feel that it is a very good product and a good product for the price. It seems to be a solid little appliance and I plan on having it for years to come. Maybe I can get 25 years out of it like my last juicer!

Deliverd and Juicin in less than 3 minutes!!
I have written reviews for Amazon in the past, but not very frequently. I have to really either like or dislike the item to spend the energy to put a review together. This citrus juicer has plenty of fantastic reviews already written for it; so did I need to write one too? YES! This thing is awesome!!!! It was delivered to my door by the UPS man and I had it unwrapped and in action in less than 3 minutes. I made fresh lemonade and it was as good or better than the best fresh lemonades I have had in my life. I use allrecipes for just about everything to see if someone has already made it well enough once so that I can either replicate it or use their recipe or modify it to my liking. I used the BEST LEMONADE EVER recipe and it really was fantastic. I did not have a problem yet with the little hole clogging, but it looks like its easy enough to unclog. Just push the spout up, then pull back down. Fixed. The other main selling point for me was the fact that I have been juicing (Breville BJE820XL Juicer) for a couple months now including a week long juice cleanse. The Breville is awesome too, although I may not have bought the dual disc model because it just not needed. Anyway, I hate peeling citrus fruits but yet they are delicious in my juices, so I had a dilemma, and that was answered by the Citrus Star. Now, I can use my Breville on things like carrots, ginger, celery, apple, cucumbers, kale, spinach, etc… and then add in my orange, lemon, grapefruit or limes from the Citrus Star and not have the taste of rinds which can make the juices bitter.I am a fan of Breville items and I looked at their model citrus juicer as well. I like it. It looks very nice, but I like being able to hold the citrus fruit in my hand and squeeze it while using the citrus star because it helps to get every last little bit of juice out of the fruit. The Breville uses an arm and cup to hold the fruit down on the reamer and it looks to me like I would not get all the juice out of it. Some of the review I read there said they have problems with large grapefruit, and that is one of my favorite things to juice, so I knew that the citrus star was for me.While I had the Citrus Star out earlier, I also juiced about 6 limes for fresh mojito’s later. I am also looking forward to fresh Margaritas, too.I am already planning my meal for tomorrow morning. Two of my favorite juices are the Mean Green and the Kale & Grapefruit Juice. Tomorrow I am going with the kale & grapefruit.I think the most exciting thing for me is not having to peel the citrus fruit and run it through my Breville to get the juice.Buy this. Make fresh lemonade. You will love it.

Does exactly what you’d expect…
I usually like to ‘live’ with a product for awhile before posting any sort of review. We’ve been using our Tribest Citrus Juicer for about 3 months now. There really is not much to say other than it does exactly what I expected a citrus juicer to do… it reams citrus fruits very fast, very efficiently, very safe and easy to use, a really powerful motor, simple quick clean-up and it looks good. Excellent plastics materials used in construction and its a simple, smart design. It might be a little more expensive than many of the other citrus juicers currently in the marketplace but you can be sure you won’t be disappointed. When searching for a citrus juicer I read quite a few reviews and it seems weak motors were the biggest single complaint with most of these electric citrus juicers. However I gathered from the reviews about this Tribest Citrus Juicer that a weak motor would definitely NOT be an issue and then when I considered the relatively small price difference for a juicer with a more powerful and reliable motor it really was a no-brainer decision for me. So today, after 3 months of everyday use (sometimes twice a day) squeezing 4-5 oranges and a grapefruit at a time (enough juice for two) I can comfortably come forward and recommend this juicer as a durable, quality kitchen appliance that looks good enough to leave out on the counter and you wouldn’t mind using it everyday.Okay time for an update… I’ve owned this thing now for 3-1/2 years. I juice a whole bag of oranges pretty much once a week… and have been doing it this way for the last 3 years. I know I’m suppose to stop and wait after every few oranges to give the motor time to cool down especially since I’m doing such large batches of oranges at a time but I don’t… and today this juicer works exactly like it did when it was new. When juicing several oranges at a time, occasionally between the stopper and the hole above the spout it will clog with pulp but a simple close and reopen of the spout gets the juice flowing again… if this is too much of a hassle you can just remove the silicone stopper from the spout, flip it over and re-install it upside-down and the juice flow will never stop however you do sacrifice the stop-flow function when the spout is in the up position. The motor is as strong as it ever was and the auto switch that turns on the reamer when you push an orange against it works just like it always has (I was sure this would eventually be the weak link in the unit but so far it hasn’t been)… the stainless steel pulp strainer shows no rust anywhere and none of the plastic parts are stained or cracking, heck even the white exterior of the plastic hasn’t begun yellowing yet. In summary… here it is 3-1/2 years later, I’m still juicing and so far so good with this juicer… I can still recommend it.Apparently from reading other reviews here, a few people do not seem to be aware that there are two reamers nested together… There is a larger reamer snapped over a smaller reamer… they easily pull apart. The larger reamer is use for grapefruit and oranges, while the smaller reamer is used for lemons and limes. You must take them apart for rinsing after juicing otherwise you’ll find mold eventually beginning to grow between the reamers.Find more at juices4life.com

Works well
Makes tasty orange juice. Fairly easy to clean and has held up well. I have had it a year or two. Use only occasionally.

squeezing lemons and oranges

Great machine. Bought it about 18 months ago. We juice oranges or grapefruit everyday including when we have visitors. We also juice lemons and limes. So its well used. Its quick, powerful, easy to handle, easy to clean and not a giant with too many parts to clean. We did do some research before buying it. Although it is not supposed to go in the dishwasher, after about a year we tried it on the top tray and it cleaned really well with no damage and do so now about once a month. Your choice and risk. Before that I had to really shrub the inside of the tray about once a month to get the shine back and get rid of the build-up. My only concern, when I received the Juicer was the little nozzle which is part plastic and how it slides into a plastic groove. It looked like a weak point to me. However, its been fine. I don’t know if replacement parts are available. I don’t normally do reviews but this machine deserves an excellent review and I will buy one again when needed. My grandkids love using it.

As soon as started to use, smoke poured out of the machine and also blew a fuse in my apartment. Took 2 days to get rid of the noxious smoke smell
