BEYOND IMPRESSED!!! PB flavor
Perfect addition to help a more balanced diet. I have an awful habit of not eating breakfast or not leaving enough time to bait every day with a sporatic schedule. This shake makes nutrition easier and I feel more nourished.I’m impressed that they’ve managed to check all the boxes: gluten fee AND soy fee AND no dairy AND no sugar AND (ETC). VERY HARD TO COME BY!I add a bottle of water, 2 scoops (a little over the top on each), 1 banana, and 2-3 ice cubes. I use a KOIOS blender, but it for about 15 seconds and it’s pretty perfect! Smooth, a little thick and sometimes there’s small chunks of bananas but I don’t mind you could just blend for another 10 seconds.Some people add too much ice and it’s chunky- i also read where someone added water and almond milk AND 8 ice cubes (way too many) and it was watery- well duh.. your ratio to powder and liquids is way off.I love that there are loads of vitamins, good amount of protein it complements my vitamins and minerals deficiencies and I definitely feel a considerable difference.I’m on my feet for 6-10 hours straight, very physical job as a professional medical massage therapist. This shake (with a banana) gets me easily through 7 hours of straight massage. I take women’s complex vitamins PURE encapsulation brand once a day a few hours after my shake.I am certainly ready for dinner when I get home it seems to stave off Hunger for about 8 hours for me. If I get hungry before the end of my shift I just have a hard boiled egg.Not sure about weight loss because I’m not monitoring weight; my goal with this meal replacement shake is proper clean nutrition. I do feel a boost of energy, no brain fog, a little fullness so the Hunger doesn’t come on until dinner time, zero bloating, many other great things.I got the peanut butter flavor and it tastes and smells great. I think the ratio to ice and liquid really matters so don’t go nuts!Cleaning the bottle does take a bit of effort because it’s plant based protein so it’s going to be thicker and stick to the bottle but my came with a brush with several sides of teeth to get in the grooves. Hand wash or dish washer gets it clean.Overall VERY IMPRESSED- I ordered 2 more same flavor and have recommended to several friends and clients.

I have been drinking this for 3 days as a meal replacement and I find that it keeps me full for about 4 hours I drink it for breakfast and then I have another one for lunch and then I eat a healthy dinner but it’s very tasty it tastes kind of like a Swiss Miss with a ricey aftertaste. But it’s way better than other protein drinks I’ve tried. I like the energy it gives. You are going to want to use 10 oz of fluid mix it up in a shake your cup and then add another 10 oz of fluid that way it’s not too thick and it mixes well if you mix it in 20 oz of fluid right off then it tends to clump. That is my experience.

Delicuous but made me gassy
I drink a lot of vegan protein shakes and am choosy about ingredients, so I’ve tried many brands. The UpNourish chocolate flavor is thick and delicious with nutritious ingredients. I was bummed to find that it makes me very gassy, but it makes sense with the fava and mung bean protein base. I’ll use it sparingly or will mix the powder in with other brands to dilute it and use up what I have. Then I’ll go back to other brands that use pea or pumpkin protein bases. Too bad because I really like UpNourish’s flavor, ingredients, and price.

This is how you lose weight
I use this since it supports ebt for us poor people that want to be healthy and it comes close to Huel In some ways better don’t think Huel has the dietary fiber or prebiotics that this has but the Huel is more filling i eat Huel for dinner then breakfast and lunch with UpNourish. The strawberry banana is sort of fake tasting in a decent way it’s almost likeable lol the peanut butter one smells like Reese’s Pieces just super awesome aroma omg and tastes not as good but yummy non the less about to try the chocolate. After quitting drinking, only eating red meat 1 day in the month when i do eat real food which is like once a week i only eat carrots, greens, brown rice, and fish for my proteins in 5 months i have lost 72 pounds. We only get the one life take it back!!

My New Favorite! â¤ï¸
It took many years for me to find a shake that I like, and I did, and for some reason I wanted to try this new one and oh my goodness it’s delicious!!I have a terminal illness and eating is an issue so I’ve been buying meal replacement shakes and this is the first one that is thick and filling like Ensure, but without all the bad ingredients. I think I’m going to order their strawberry one because I’ve never seen that flavor in the healthy shakes before. Thank you so much for creating this yummy meal replacement for people like me. â¥ï¸

Overall it’s good stuff! Price is right.
I ordered this while I was waiting for my delivery from Kachava, which came later. Please understand that I do like them both and certainly would never discredit the other product, however, this mix seems more carb friendly which is very important to me. Will continue with both for awhile. Taste is okay, have only tried chocolate so far. Not like a DQ chocolate milkshake by any means, nonetheless filling and satisfying. Calorie count per serving is good. I use it and/or the other stuff mostly on the days I work late (not home until 9 pm or later) and having this at 5pm-6pm along with some will power keeps me from raiding the fridge at crazy hours. I also keep it handy for when there’s no time for lunch. My blood sugar does not spike at all afterwards. I use a blender cup with a mixing ball/whisk and the powder mixes up nicely.
